Angel on your shoulder, I am not very big, in fact, I am quite small. I sit on your shoulder, and hear when you call. I go everywhere with you though you can't see me. I am with you always, even in your dreams. I share your laughter, dry your tears when you cry. Every day I'm so proud cause, I see how hard you try. I don't have a name, and I'll never grow older, but, for as long as you live I'll be your little Angel on your shoulder. Poem taken from my childrens book "Angel on My Shoulder"

- I have a vision of reaching out to the younger generation, through inspiration, to empower these young individuals into having strong, confident, and positive minds and prepare them for a bright future ahead. I am in continued process of putting together and publishing a series of childrens books that can offer the best chance to place the right book in the hands of many children. I hope that you will see my vision as a wonderful experience for any child to learn and grow from.

The thought I'd like to share is that KIDS WHO READ - SUCCEED! Children today tend to watch TV or play computer games rather than read a wonderful book. Reading is a magic carpet ride to fantastic places, people and adventure. Kids who learn early to love reading will develop their imagination, be eager to take in new ideas and think for themselves.
ReplyDeleteAs parents, we need to make sure that our children appreciate reading as a valued resource, and a much loved way of spending their time.
Help HOOK your kids on reading!!

Great thought Margot,
ReplyDeleteWe to at Angels of Inspiration agree 100%.
I was asked a few weeks back durring a radio interview what I thought about technology our children and their education. My comment was, technology is here to stay BUT theres nothing better then cuddleing up with your child to create memories through reading together.
Derek and I both believe that we must motivate and inspire our young and give them the tools they crave to promote emotional well being through creativity and positive thinking.
Our drive and dedication is to create the tools required partly through our up coming inspirational and entertaining childrens book series.
Thanks Margot for that amazing thought!
