I have a vision of reaching out to the younger generation, through inspiration, to empower these young individuals into having strong, confident, and positive minds and prepare them for a bright future ahead. I am in continued process of putting together and publishing a series of childrens books that can offer the best chance to place the right book in the hands of many children. Lead By Example

It's not that hard to create a positive focus.  What is hard is to do it consistently and persistently.  Fortunately, there are lots of different ways to shift your focus in a positive direction.  Here is a list of ten things you can do to create and maintain a positive focus.

 

1.  Use the power of repetition to create an army of automatic positive thoughts example:
"When I think about positive things, I become a positive person."

2.  Use the power of memorization to fill your memory banks with positive things. 

3. Use the power of positive neuroassociations to instantly create a positive state of mind.  Link a simple gesture of your arms to a positive thought, and whenever you put your arms in that position, the positive thought will automatically pop into your mind.

4.  Use the power of positive writing to force your focus in a positive direction.  Copy positive passages from your favorite books.  Every positive paragraph you write pushes your mind in a positive direction.

5.   Use the power of positive music to focus on positive things.  Music is a massive neuroassociation that links sounds to mental states.  Take your favorite music and link it with positive experiences you have had in the past.

6.  Use the power of positive self-talk to push your inner voice in a positive direction.  You have a lot of things to discuss with your mind, and what you say needs to be positive.

7.   Repeat positive affirmations to silence the inner skeptic and change the way you think and feel.  Repeat the following affirmations. example : "No event is so negative that I can't make something good come out of it."

8. Count your blessings so they can expand into your mind.  Each day take out your paper and pencil and list twenty blessings on a sheet of paper.  You must count your blessings or you will forget they are there.

9. Turn on the positive mind pump and listen to positive recordings that inspire you to live your dreams. 

10.  Focus your mind on the most powerful and most positive forces in your life.

This is only a short list of things you can do to create and maintain a positive focus.  You already have all the tools you need to have a positive mind.  You simply must go on the offensive and use a persistently positive focus to push your mind in a positive direction.
